Plant-based diet to relieve migraine

In a recent study published in the 'BMJ Case Reports Journal', it was revealed by the doctors that one should eat a plant-based diet that's rich in magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids to relieve the symptoms of chronic migraine. Dark green vegetables like spinach, kale and watercress are known to be super-rich in these nutrients and can help a lot in relieving those symptoms.
